1.2 Limitations on Bulk or Volume Licensing. Unless otherwise specifically provided in your Bulk or volume License Certificate, If Seagull Scientific grants authorization for bulk or volume licensing of Software, then you are strictly limited to using the Software for the number of applicable serial numbers set forth in your Bulk or Volume License Certificate. As a condition of your license, you must ensure that you do not perform the following activities during the license term unless specifically authorized by Seagull Scientific in writing: (a) attempt to circumvent or otherwise modify any forms of product key or other protection used by Seagull Scientific on any Product(s); (b) sell or lease all or any portion of the Software together with variants thereof for resale or lease, at any price other than the price purchased from Seagull Scientific; (c) resell or lease all or any portion of the Software together with variants thereof for resale or lease, at any price other than the price originally purchased from Seagull Scientific; (d) grant or sublicense the Software for resale or lease, at any price other than that purchased from Seagull Scientific; (e) use the Software to develop a product that inhibits the sale or lease of a similar Seagull Scientific product; (f) use the Software on a single computer to generate or provide the source code for each production environment of more than 100 printed items; (g) use the Software to develop a qualifying feature in a product to which you are not the sole authorized reseller or licensee of the Software; (h) extract and transfer all or any portion of the Software, in whole or in part, to produce a product that is competitive with any Seagull Scientific product offerings; (i) use the Software to develop a product that converts any mobile printing option to a different generic printing file format that is not the property of Seagull Scientific; (j) resell or lease all or any portion of the Software or a related product of the Software together with variants thereof for resale or lease, at any price other than the price originally purchased; or (k) use the Software to develop a product that converts and manipulates any PDF file format to an alternative printing file format used by any general-purpose printing, data analysis or printing product that is not the property of Seagull Scientific. d2c66b5586
