Has anyone else had this issue? I've tried printing off a response code and entering it [using my serial code] and every time I do this, it tells me there is no serial number on the code or package.

I'm able to enter a request code without issue. I went online and got the correct Request Code (and Serial Number). However, when I try to enter the correct Request Code, Adobe CS6 then tells me there is no valid Serial Number on the package. I don't understand this. There is not a single bit on the package that states that the Serial Number is provided elsewhere and what it is. It doesn't even say it's a serial code in any way, shape or form. The same goes for entering the Request Code. What am I missing here?

I purchased a copy of CC on DVD today, and have followed the simple process to get it installed on my Mac. But when I try to install the software or Adobe CC on an existing account, I get the error message saying there is no valid serial number on the package. I have gone online to verify my serial number, and can see that it's correct. This is a new copy, and I have a second new copy - what am I missing?
