Ctrl-D is the standard windows shortcut to minimise all windows and view the desktop. Scroll as necessary and select "Neuratron PhotoScore Ultimate". Right click on it and select "Uninstall/Change". That has various earlier versions of Sibelius (incl 7.0.0.23) in Control Panel but not 7.1.3.
